Personally I prefer Arcanine over Charizard but Charizard is usable. Jolteon is good. Also not a big fan of Nidoking. Excadrill is what I would prefer. Tho Idk if you are at the stage where you can just switch your pokemons but going off of what you have, I would agree with @RealMakand with Venusaur.
What I like to do is to have my Fire, Water, and Grass type layed down and then choose my other mons as I go.
And if you can, try to fit in a Garchomp somewhere. Its a great lifesaver :)
