If you read my other replies, I am ok with the scaling down except for pokemon that evolve after 50. Such as Dragonite/Tyranitar.

Which shouldn't be a thing since we can't obtain them til 55.

All I'm saying is, that because of the nature of how we as players obtain Tyranitar and Dragonite, they should be excluded on scaling down. As they are available for lvl 100 comps.

There is a reason why 100s can serve a purpose.

Why continue a battle you know you can't change the outcome?

I'm not saying pokemon above50 shouldn't be scaled down, but given how we as players gain dragonite/Tyranitar, they shouldn't be scaled down as they don't exist within the means of the players. However say a Salamance is level 53, it should be able to be scaled down. However Dragonite/Tyranitar doesn't exist below level 55 that is in the means of how a player can get them. Also for all we know, GameFreak/Nintendo scaled the dragonite down to make it easier to face Lance. Also Lance is a master of dragon types. So for all we know he knew how to evolve his pokemon early. Also over leveling your comps shouldn't be an issue, again you don't need to use comps to do anything outside of PvP/Battle Frontier/Trainer Tower. Don't use your comps in other scenarios and the problem won't be a problem.

For hoenn, whatever gender you pick changes the team of the rival. So the male rival will have different pokemon and the female will have different pokemon.

Shelgon evolves into Salamance at level 50. The other pokemon like Dragonite/Tyranitar are really meant for a 100 bracket, not the 50 bracket.

If a "hairdresser" would be a thing (not saying it is) do you think it could have the default hair style options too?

You lost all credibility by using "paper players". Also not all MMOs have legendary gear, but all MMOs have some kind of grind to them. This was mostly a PvP update for the most part, most of the players knew this. MMO = Massively Multiplayer Online, which PokeMMO is just that. Cry some more.

So are hordes only available in certain places in Kanto? Or can you run into hordes on all routes? Also can you fish up some hordes? Or?

You do realize that MMOs are meant to be grinding on gathering resources right?

Let me see if I understand you, you want pokemon to come in the form of a horde, just like the ones Christmas event as natural encounters. Honestly I don't think a toggle will be possible for pokemon games in general. (Using Rom Tools and looking into the routes and how encounters work doesn't show you can do that without outside scripting and even then, it may not be worth doing.)
