yep, the devs don't want to share their code (and probably have their reasons for it). They used an annoying obfuscator and afaik use rsa encryption for their data, so unofficial modding is out of the question too (except maybe some skinning, which is lame)

actually, it's difficult to blame anyone (like china) in that war. America was as guilty as the ussr was.

attacking them would be the dumbest thing, as both parties would lose. same goes for them. The only thing that can and will happen is the same thing that happened in the cold war. The real question is, how long will it take?
