Mega Stone's a hold item, right? So say I have two Pokemon that can Mega Evolve. Can I give the stone to one of them for a battle, take it, and give it to the other one for the next battle? If that's the case then you really don't get just one mega evolution per team :/

Anyone else notice Ash's (incredibly lucky) habit of catching unusually strong Pokemon? I can't even begin to name all the times he's beaten people he's had no business beating with pokemon that weren't even fully evolved when they should have been. It can't be his training that makes them so strong because if his onscreen training is an indication of anything, he sucks. All he ever does is occasionally spar with whoever happens to be in his harem at the time (and considering Misty only used one type, matches against her were probably ridiculously easy but boring for him and his pokemon. That's no way to train ) He's just had the good luck of befriending Pokemon that are naturally more powerful than they should be. Especially his starters! If he had fully evolved all three of his Kanto starters, the kid would be a powerhouse. And then there's the wasted potential of his Jhoto starters. Especially poor Totodile. He started to improve in Hoen and Sinnoh but he was still shit (WHERE THE HELL IS THAT GARCHOMP YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD!?). And now he's reached an all time low in Unova. So low that he needed Charizard back and even that didn't seem to do him much good.
