Xpadder has been the solution for me. Not only did I manage the most used buttons but I also got mouse functionality (Right Click is Left Bumper, Left Click is Right Bumper and mouse is the right joystick). Also before getting the bike, I setup run key in toggle mode so I didn't need to hold it to run. Really made my experience 100x times better.
