[how do I uninstall the game?]

how do I uninstall the game? I can't do it from control panel and I can't find the file that does it ether.

[Old player back after 5 years]

I played this game back in 2013 for maybe half a year till I got bored and left it installed my desktop. But it's been 5 years later and now I'm curious how the game is. But unfortunately the game now requires a ROM to play which was not needed back when I first played he game. Is there a reason why we need a Black/White ROM to play this game? And where do I get these Black/White, Fire Red, Emerald, Heart Gold/Soul Silver ROM's?

i dont know if  this is a bug or not but i already beat the elite four yesterday but after a while i got bored so i went around the map and explore for items and new pokemon to capture and i went back to the elite four and they make me battle again even tho i won already. is this a bug/glitch? if it is or not can we use it to lvl up our pokemons? and does battling them again cause problem for our progress?
