People that want the extra protection can and the people that don't care for it and think its annoying are not forced to have a PIN

Maybe it should be opinion to have a PIN or not. Back in the day when I played Runescape they had that for all the banks.

PIN system would be amazing do it. I think other people that have commented here don't understand it fully and I think you should do a poll within staff.
