So as I have said/mentioned in the title, I created 2 tickets earlier asking for a email change. I'm not spamming the ticket support, The problem is I don't have any idea if my ticket is successfully submitted since its not showing in my "Your Tickets" anyone can help me/tell me if my tickets are just loading or not.
