there is also the psibility that you could gain additional Player xp whit this if guild co gym's ever implemented

srry i wrote this at the same time as you xD i would base the level so each time your pokemon lvl's up you gain xp. same whit gyms you gain xp by completing it and by catching pokemon you dont have. i think its basicly the same as you said so i did not mind answear :P

true true. i also like grinding thats why i came up whit this idea :)

you would not get a crazy amount of xp by completing gyms my goal whit this suggestion is to make it more challenging and fun for the player, it would also make it so players have to go out and lvl up their pokemon to reach a higher lvl to be able to go catch the legendary for example. it would also nerf the game a bit so when legendarys introduced you wont have 10000 people running around whit legendary teams

im thinking what if each player had a level. why would it be useful? you would have to be over a certain lvl to be able to enter the legendary dungeons for example. and you could have bonuses and a lot of other stuff it would also tell other players of how skilled you are based on how long you have played. Edit: the Xp would be based on lvl'ing so each time your pokemon lvl's up you gain xp. same whit gyms you gain xp by completing it and by catching pokemon you dont have. and maybe game time

im thinking of having a area where it is a monthly lottery with 1'st prize as masterball and a 2 -3 prize as something else where all players could go buy a ticket for the lottery each month? i would say its a Good idea !
