Why havent they made a delete option yet?

So my accoount is kinda old and i would like to Delete a character so i can play with my Girlfriend is there anyway to do this?

I figured it would still Require FR but i actually can start the game in Hoenn?!

SO does that mean tthat i can choose to start in Hoenn or do i still need to play through fire red

So what do emrald and Heart gold do exactly? just freshin up the graphics?

I know that its against the rules to discuss the acquisition of how to obtain Roms, and this is about Roms but not where to get them. Does this only affect graphics for the Fire red game or does it mean we can play multiple games period? i feel silly asking but i couldn't find the correct thread. A picture of what I mean!
