i think devs want to add it,but there are many more importants thinks to add first.But I agree,we need to see the ability at activation.^^

The only moment when our pokemon are out of PP is when we farming EVs and spots are all near a pokemon center.Don't need portable pokemon center,it will ruin the difficulty of the game when we play the adventure too.
