With this many spriters (and many more to come?), there will be more issues regarding some conflicting ideas. Yes, we need more people to lessen workload but this threaten the uniformity of the designs. So I suggest that we should make standard size by pixels for the face, body, etc. *This is just a suggestion, feel free to do as you like... All criticisms are accepted.

Maybe a little younger for the evolved eevees IMO... My reason is: even though they are final evolutions it is still their second evolution, right? Edit: Oh BTW Manectric looks water type to me.

The problem with Poliwrath isn't the quality, but the design itself. She needs to be fiercer to give justice to her fighting type. Edit: right now she looks timid/sick.

@CrookedWings427 kingdra's the right arm looks thin and long, the left arm looks like somebody twist it... BTW the moemon Mew design included with the trio is cute...

You've been wondering what seemed off to poliwhirl, I spot three: 1. The color looks blurred, make it more vivid by reducing some color pallets. 2. The color of her swimsuit, do you think it is more fitting if the spiral has a white circular background? 3. She is awfully straight, make use of the large space around her. a different posture can add to her character. *just my opinion if you don't agree with it, it's fine. @Moetal That's what I did... the body were Magi's then I edited her dress (Magi's) to look like the other...

This is something I did back then but didn't finished because of me lacking the skills in sprite art...
