I personally don't join lotteries unless it's a friend hosting it, but I think preventing players from making them wouldn't be a good thing. Everyone with half a brain knows that lotteries aren't worth the money they put in because the people hosting them want to make money. People just participate for the same reason everyone in rl gambles - for the tension before and potential happiness after the drawing. That being said I think that the mods pretty much ended it by stopping the support for the lotteries. People will think twice before buying in and if that doesn't stop the business the first major scam will.

Looks like a scam to me so far. Everyone should be listed with their name next to the number they chose. Also get a mod to approve it.

Which moveset are you using on the Salamence? The Blissey is there to wear down everything that can't 2HKO it. Doesn't Blissey get killed by many physical attackers in one hit? What would you replace the Salamence with? I thought about Weezing.

the donator status gives you +10% of finding shinies, not 10% chance to find shinies. It can be worth for ingame money at the current price (1.5m for 30 days) if you save at least 50k per day with it. If you'd be hunting Magikarp for example that would be after ~720 encounters.

500BP for ~10min of battle isn't that quick tbh, but since I guess way more people do it now the BP price still drops.

Take a real life crime like stealing stuff from your house. Is it stupid to let people into your house that you barely know? Yes. Is it hard to prove that someone took something from your house after he left? Yes. Is it impossible for the police to investigate every case of this even with little to no evidence? Yes. Should it therefore be legal to take stuff from peoples houses? No. Making it legal to just take stuff from peoples houses would discurage everyone to even let the closest friends into their house because they might take the Laptop and the TV one day. And in Pokemmo it even goes one step further. You're not allowed to call out whoever scammed you. A real impact I see is for example in shared ev training in a team. Every time I go ev training I ask my team and friends if they have pokemon that need the same ev to save them time. Since there is no rule against scamming I could just take their comps and run with them and they couldn't even say I did. EDIT: I like the runescape way of handling this.

I have a better idea: Make shoes and bikes get broken after 100 steps and make them only repairable with rp.
