daylight savings hasn't started so i think your correct. i hope your correct because if not i wont be allowed to compete because i tried to sign up 1 hour early.

its 2 am to register for AUSTRALIANS who live in MELBOURNE. i dont know where you live but if you can go to a time converter if you dont know
