Holiday events are integral to the MMO genre. They are a way to give long time players something to look forward to and feel rewarded for their patronage. Normally the holiday events include exclusive items. Understandably so these items should not be reused, as doing so would remove the "limited" nature of the item. Instead however; we can supplement these exclusive items with things that already carry great value. super rare - donators pass, pc expansion pass, makeover pass, vanities currently in shop mildly rare - choice band, pvp mystery box uncommon vanities - black cat ears, candy horns common items - Lava Cookies, Rare Candies, TMs for Shadow Ball etc The only thing youd be changing here is the contents of the halloween goodie bags, and possibly adding 2017 to the name/description. The entire scripted sequence from last year would be reused otherwise.

Tradeable rare candies, everstones, choice bands, life balls, shards, pvp mystery box, vanities available in the shop now. Pretty much any of the sink items. And vitamins and blackglasses, lava cookies or w/e for the shitty items. Many many players are online right now in anticipation of the holiday event, and many players have looked forward to the holidays events for a long time. Dont let down players who have come to expect something from you. But you are fully correct in your assertion not to recycle the exclusive vanities, as to not piss off old players who enjoy having an extremely rare item! Just understand that you have options still.

Hey team. I know ive been really toxic about gen 5 in the past but i just wanna say im really proud of you guys for making it this far. Almost 6 years now... A really long time for a game like this. And 6 more great years to come! I also want to add that ill be promoting the game heavily by maintaining active threads on message boards promoting the game to other pokefans as well as streaming a bunch on my Youtube channel once its out, or the PTS again. Hmm care to elucidate? You gotta remember that if its too hard to get a legend with decent stats then it may give certain players a huge advantage over others.

With the future updates we will eventually have access to legends. Normally in the vanilla games you have unlimited tries to seek the nature/IVs you seek on the mons (Implying everyone doesn't just generate a team lmao). I'm proposing we allow the breeding of a legendary with other legendaries to allow us to make comp legends while still directly supporting the economy. Mechanics -Shiny Breeding mechanics to allow a comp to be made in few breeds such as 1-2. -Legends may only be bred with other legends. -New legendary egg groups -New genders added to most legends with 1/2 1/4 or 1/8 female rates depending on how rare you want the female to be. This suggestion is 100% about automated tournaments. Sure you can but this requires creating a new type of chat to effectively chat with every single person who happens to be spectating the match. Creating this new chat would likely be a whole bunch of work. Maybe in team tournaments on the second floor of the PC etc. But the suggestion pertains solely to when players are teleported to the ranked, matchmkaing, and automated tourney arena. Once again ill use the argument that its an MMO. Like, the only reason any of us are here are for completely superficial, visually based reasons. Literally every since thing in this game is just for show with the basis behind it all being battling. If you wanted to cut out all the bullshit you totally can still, you just have to seek a battle simulator like pokemon showdown. Or maybe gen a good legal team in S/M.... but thats not why were here huh? We like the visual aspects, the vanities, the people, the money, the fact shinies even matter.
