Egg Hatching and Shiny Roll

I assumed this as well, but when I filtered for all that were "non applicable" for any sort of shininess, my eggs also popped up along with my non-shiny Pokémon. Are you saying that this is just an error? -
I have a question regarding the advanced search mechanism in the pc box. I know that you can use this to filter out Pokémon of a certain iv, nature, and even shininess, and have discovered that this can also be applied to eggs. For example, in the pic below I have filtered to only show Pokémon of 31 attack iv or better. I'm assuming this means that this egg has a guaranteed roll of a 31 attack IV (even though the lower end of the range for this egg was below 31). My main question is are you able to use the search mechanism to see if your egg will also be shiny even before it is hatched?
