Nah, i cant create a ticket because it asks for my account but i cant create one lol

Im sorry if its wrong here but i couldnt find anything at the help desk so yh. Everytime I try to create a account to play, its my first btw, it says as following: You cannot register from this IP Address. Please disable any VPN or proxy and try again. The thing is im not even using any VPN or proxy. I live in germany, dont know if thats the issue idk.. Would be glad if someone could help me :) I hope I cya soon in the game <3
