will there be pokémon xy (kalos region) in the future?

Hello, I'm very old in the game, I'm already anxious for the johto region to arrive, but I would like to know if there will be a kalos region in the future? I know the original xy is more of a 3d thing and will probably be hard to adapt... but I've seen some people working on GBA hack-roms with the kalos region included, including the megas. So I'm in this doubt if the PokeMMO will adapt something like this in the future?
