so apprently the devs or whoever etc decide to just not listen to what ive been saying and just lock my topic so no one can reply i cant create a support ticket i dont have my login credentials i do however know my username and email i used now i have gone to there website to reset password i have opened up the game to bottom right forgot password i DO NOT GET AN EMAIL i waited well over 48 hours and checked my spam NOTHING . i created this account im using now to get my real account back you know the one i spent money on and the hours of shiny hunting please to the next dev moderator and gm that reads this do not tell me to go to the support website it will not help my case as to i cannot sign in ....................

i really dont know where to post theres very little information on what to do if something like this happens but i had an account a while ago and i have tried to get into my account multiple times and i remember the username i remember the email i used i still have access to this email but never receive a password reset ive spent money on this game and it seems anyone that takes a break that had money on the account runs into this same issue is there anything i can do i waited over 4 days before writing this just to make sure this wasnt an nvidia conformation email or something nothing in spam ive created this account obviously because i want my account back lol and theres is no way to even contact a support when your login credentials aret whats needed to create a ticket
