I message mods all of the time with issues. Either with other players botting, people harassing me/the guild, ect. I've not once received a response or acknowledgement. Honestly, the only person who gave a damn and helped me was Kudasai. And from that one instance alone, I can tell he does hell of a lot more than other staff members here.
