My first attempt did - Brave Bear - had to rebreed and managed to not evolve attempt 2 with Bold Bear π (rolled the natures) -

Either it has been patched, or you are trying to keep the honey market to yourself π - tested it myself and here is the proof showing honey being obtained not only from hordes - but from fire types
