Hello, I'm asking help from my boyfriend becouse he can't ask by himself because he can't access to his account to play pokemmo and to the forum. He asked already for a change of password with the email, but the email doesn't arrive to him. He even check the Spam category, but still he can't find it. Anyone can help him with this problem? His account have 9 years old and it would be sad if he just lost it like this.
