  1. WhirlIslands started following I believe adding more abilities like swarm to Pokémon that don' traditionally have abilities would.

    For example Joltik: adding a swarm as a hidden ability would turn jotik and galvantula into a utility mon giving people more of a selection to use some of there favorite mons for utility.
