The catch time must also fall in the time allotted for the scavenger hunt. No pokemon can be hatched. Locations for each pokemon will be listed below. Welcome to Team Synergy We are a team of friends who enjoy playing comps with a few shiny traders in the mix. We run things a little differently then most teams, giving democracy a try. we are currently recruiting. Shiny/Trader Credo: 1. Respect each other. Rivalry is fine but do not let trades get between friendship. 2. All matters of trade oriented confrontations will be personally arbitrated an appointed officer. Within Team Trading: 1. Verbal contracts are honored. 2. If someone gets something for you PER YOUR REQUEST for a trade, you cannot deny them the purchase after acquisition. If you ask them to get pokemon X, for your pokemon Z and they get pokemon X, you must retract the offer PRIOR to them getting pokemon X. Screenshots are honored proof if in full context and shows agreement from both parties. 3.You are NOT OBLIGATED to sell things cheaper within the team. 4.All opinions on values are SUBJECTIVE, and as such agree to disagree if necessary. 5. Scamming a member of the team OR ANOTHER TEAM, if provided proof, will result in a permanent kick on first offense. Competitive Player Credo: 1.Hax happens, be a good sport. 2.Help your team learn and grow with knowledge. 3.All comp lending is to follow the code set forth in below mentioned "Lending and Borrowing" bylaws. Lending and Borrowing: 1.All lending and borrowing setups are to be formally documented. Just take a screenshot of the initial agreement and the return of the items/pokemon when the lend/borrow phase is over. 2.Any dispute that does not have proper documentation WILL NOT have action taken. Tournament Organizing: All organizers within the team, have freedom to create, establish, and host their own tournaments and events. The only rule is that you can not under any circumstance discriminate against team members. Team meetings once per month there will be a team meeting. This meeting will be to discuss team business. Specifically choosing officers, voting on team business, n' stuff'n'things officers the officers will be elected from the team. we will have a meeting where names will be suggested. you can suggest other peoples names but not your own .the suggestion has to be second'd then there will be a vote. if 51% or more vote yes then the person will become a officer. there will be a meeting every month to discuss team business and vote in new officers. general officer dutys will be mediating conflicts teaching new members negotiating with other teams running events ect.... voting on team speak owner/s some officers will also be chosen to run specific thing like ts, forums, ect... and will be re voted every meeting. officers and members are equals and should treat each other as such. this is a game. inactivity if the team has 70 members or less then no inactivity kicks. once 71 is reached members can be kicked after 2 months of inactivity. there will be a vote. once the team is at 80 the inactivity timer is 1 month. at 95 it is 2 weeks. members who get kicked for inactivity do not have to be permanently kicked. they can be voted back in when they log back online. mediation if two or more members have a dispute a neutral 3rd party officer will mediate. this is to prevent drama and fighting and encourage talking these things out. the disputing party’s will suggest officers they want to meditate until both party’s suggest the same one. If one or both party’s do not wish to talk it out that is there choice. do not grief members when they leave. asking why is ok. telling them "they suck" is not. breaking the rules of the game/ts can result in a kick. linking porn is not ok. team speak everyone is given C. if it is abused it will be taken away. the member/officer/s in charge of teamspeak will decide on those matters. This position can be taken away by the officers in a vote. this is a living document and subject to change. a vote with 66% of the team in favor is needed to change the by laws. *alternate accounts members may have 2 accounts in team at a time. Main + alt. members may have alts in other teams. *alternate accounts hereby know as "alts" new members 24-48 hour voting period. 2/3 majority needed. requirements to join ~must be 16 or older however exceptions can be made ~must have finished story line ~you need a team member to vouch for you new members will be on probation for 1 month. Alternate accounts may join probation entails not getting C yet and less leniency towards breaking the rules.
