Hello, My in-game name is ImAshOO, and I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro with a clean phone network status. I created a new account on Pokemmo on September 29, 2023. On September 30, I traveled overseas for work and used my company laptop for 3-4 days to complete various in-game tasks(Kanto, Johto, Unova, Honne and Sinoh). After returning from my trip, I continued to play on my new iPhone until October 18, 2023, accumulating a total of 184 hours of playtime. To my surprise, my account was banned for allegedly using third-party software. I'm perplexed about why I received this ban, considering that I diligently followed the game's rules. I engaged in activities such as making donations, selling RP to other players in exchange for Pokeyen, and spending most of my online time hatching eggs and being AFK in the egg room (Total 60 box) Per day breeding 5-7 box. Occasionally, I also worked on improving my Pokémon's EVs. You can verify my account history to see that I always used Pokeyen for transactions with other players, particularly for Ditto boxes. You can also examine the trade records, which will show that shiny Pokémon under my OT (Original Trainer) are not mine; I obtained two shiny Pokémon by purchasing them from other players using Pokeyen. I have a record of my donations and transactions as well. I'm finding it incredibly difficult to accept this ban, as I have not used any third-party software on my new iPhone 15 Pro. To be frank, my primary focus in the game was hatching eggs and breeding Pokémon. When an alpha event occurred, I would actively participate by catching Pokémon. However, the majority of my in-game time was spent being AFK while waiting for eggs to hatch and I made donations and sold RP to acquire Pokeyen, which I then used to purchase Ditto boxes from other players. If someone claims that I used third-party software, I find this assertion unacceptable. For instance, if I truly had such software, I could have used it to farm Dittos or shinies instead of consistently buying Ditto boxes from other players.
