Rescue Missions 1. Shiny Wars We make a point system and divide the team into 2 or more equal teams. Rules varies to keep it interesting, but looks a little something like this: 1. Sign up using the link provided on our discord server! 2. When you get a shiny, post a screenshot to Discord as soon as possible. 3. Team captains are responsible for counting their team's points. 4. You are allowed to prep as many eggs as you want. You are not allowed to breed down an OT shiny and count it as a point. Shiny + Shiny = no point. 5. Alt accounts are NOT allowed. 6. The team with the most points wins! Point system looks a little something like this: ⭐ 50 Points ➜ Secret Shiny Alpha (Regardless of encounter method) 💀 30 Points ➔ Shiny Alpha (Regardless of encounter method) 🥚 25 Points ➔ Egg Shiny or revived fossil 🌴 20 Points ➔ Safari CAUGHT Shiny (fled = 5 points) 🎖15 Points ➔ Single/Double Encountered shiny +10 Points if the Pokemon is also a secret shiny! 🎖 5 Points ➔ 3x Horde shiny 🎖 3 Points ➔ 5x Horde shiny ❓0 Points ➔ Mysterious Balls This is by far the most popular event on our team, and have been a great success every single time we have hosted it. 2. Metronome Battles A tournament where the only move you can use is "Metronome" We set up a bracket of all contestants, you rent a pokemon from the team and battle using only the move "Metronome". 3. Hide & Seek The host prepares 3 or more hiding spots. The host must have 3 clues per spot beforehand. The host hides while giving hints every 5 minutes or so for the the rest of the team who tries to find him/her. This can be hosted by more than one person and opens up for more creativity. 4. Catch Events We get together to catch a specific pokemon or catch many different pokemon from one location. Examples: - Safari Zone Catch Event (Location) - Zorua Catch Event in Lostlorn Forest (Specific pokemon) We compete on who can catch the pokemon with highest points. Point system: 1 IV = 1 Point + Nature bonus (Example: Adamant Nature +3 points) The host decides this beforehand and makes a prize pool for the winners. 5. Catch and Fight Events Catch and fight is an event where we pick a location and catch pokemon for a specific period of time, then we set up a tournament bracket and battle. The host decides location and prize pool beforehand. 6. Scenario Events We set up a scenario with a backstory and play it out. The host of these events have total freedom over what this event will contain. A scenario can be a team member being held hostage by team rocket, or a pokemon trainer is looking for 3 different pokemon. This is also a good event for setting up daily quests for the team. Host sets up prizes and plan the event beforehand. 7. Lotteries The host of a lottery sets up a prize and recieves a set amount of money per ticket. Example: You have a chance to win a Flaming Motorcycle. 150 tickets available at 30k per ticket = 4.5 million pokeyen in total This is a great way to earn some money to host more events. 8. Shiny Hunting Events We set up a 1 hour bounty on a shiny pokemon, then we go hunt it together with shiny charms. Prize for being the first one to find the shiny pokemon gets a prize! 9. Gym Leader / Elite 4 challenge More info coming very soon! 10. Rescue Missions This event consists of a Victim, Villains and a Rescue Team. The host(Victim) of this event hides in a rather complicated spot to find, then the villains will be giving out clues for where to find the victim. The Villains will have you pay a set amount of money to free the Victim. This gives you 2 options: 1. You can pay the money and get a mystery gift from the host that might be smaller or bigger than the money asked of you. 2. You can battle the villains to earn double the money back. (You get no prize from the host) If the rescue team wins most battles: you get double the asking money and you save the victim. If the rescue team lose most battles: you lose the money prize and have to wait for the next victim to appear in a later event. This is also one of those events where you have complete freedom to give whatever prizes you want and host it at any location you want.
