it stops me so i try to use strength I see the animation but nothing happens theres clearly something blocking me, will try on another computer later on today to see if I can see it

Anyone else have this problem I'm in Kanto's Victory rd but the rocks for the puzzles are missing, I tried removing the mods i had and still nothing.
