Editing follower sprites for a mod and they all work as intended on pc but on mobile some models are original and not the edited ones, any reason this would happen ?

ok thanks thats good to know and im recoloring all the follower sprites and monstericons to match the gen 2 battle sprites mod and some overworld ones wont look the same

i hope i wont get banned or anything for using an edited rom ?

These for example, the ho oh follower and sprite i have will not match that one, same with pikachu and all other gen 1-2 pokemon in the overworld

I have started recolouring follower pokemon and have just realised the overworld pokemon that show up will be different to the followers. Anyone know what file structure/name to use to make a mod that can change overworld pokemon, i have the images needed just not the file structure and names etc.. I want to change all gen 1+2 overworld sprites. Thankyou so much if you can help
