So I'm just trying to do some Spearow cross breading over here and breed a Spearow that knows Sky Attack, but for whatever reason Altaria didn't learn Sky Attack at level 59. So I'm just wondering if this is some kind of bug or if I just got shafted hard? Edit: I noticed he learned it at 64 in X/Y so I leveled to 64 just in case and still nothing. Also he learned every other move at the correct time for the Gen6 learnset.
