I actually did it on my second try. Was mostly looking to help others who might need it in the future. Also, its "beat" not "beated".

I apologize if it's been posted before, but I was wondering if you guys could suggest some of the best counters for beating him. I've searched the forums, but can't really find something definitive. I cruised through the E4 primarily with a Gengar, and handled N, but I'm having trouble with Ghetsis. Specifically his Hydreigon. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Actually, I've managed to get into the account, however there are no characters on it. Did the characters get wiped with an update of some sort? I had my Pokedex completed, and I had some items I got from donating to the game on my account, and I'd hate to lose them.

I haven't played in a few years, maybe, but I decided to come back. I reinstalled everything and have the game running, but when I sign in, it gives me "New Device Verification" even though it's not a new device. It's the same one I used when I last played.
It says my email is invalid, and that I should request an email change. I changed my email about 5 hours ago, and still haven't gotten the email message to verify it. Is there anything I can do? -
That's my suggestion. I've spent a lot of hours in this game in the past, and with my new laptop, the game does not work. I've donated multiple times, and would like to get back to playing. Please try to make this a priority if it's possible.

Cool, so bases that have that feature are available now, I'm assuming.

I recall in Emerald version being able to make secret bases bigger by buying some sort of board or something to cover the holes in some of them... Does that apply in this game, or do the bases in this game not allow that?

My second character (actually my girlfriend's), tried to take the Ferry to Hoenn, and it asked for a Pokemon to deposit... What is that all about? Do you get it back? My character didn't have to do that, I just took the boat with no problem.

There is no cutscene with the two legendaries, so I don't know what to do. This walkthrough I'm looking at says to talk to Steven but he's not here. Did I forget to do something before I came here, or should I just take on the gym and then go to sky pillar?

Cool. I got it. I'm looking forward to playing this again. Do I start from scratch when I go to the new region, or can I use my existing pokemon?

I'm having an issue with Emerald. I've just downloaded the rom, and it's in the roms folder. I load up the client only to see that it says it's only running the original two. Should I maybe download the client from scratch?
