Its all about what is important to you outspeed *With 252 Speed EVs you can speed tie with opposing Adamant Dragonite and let you outspeed 65~ base speed +Speed nature *With 180 Speed EVs you can outspeed Neutral 252 Speed 70 Base Speed pokemons *100 Speed EVs to outspeed Jolly Donphan 252 Speed *56 Speed EVs let you outspeed Jolly Marowak 252 Speed I think thats about it unless if ur using +Speed dragonite
