We will host our own events for our guild, I will edit this post as we decide on what to do, we will mostly do hunting events and occasionally a tournament, where our god leader SargeLS will provide a decent iv'd pokemon of your choice if you win (Tournaments will only be for guild members.) Our first event is too hunt a Lotad with 3x31 iv's in any stat, has to be freshly caught and can't be bred. You will give the pokemon to SargeLS or Gawerty. If you are the first person to do this, you will win first place, then the second person wins second place, etc etc.

~THE KINGSMAN~ The Kingsman is four of our greatest guild members, they are the elite of the elite and only the Boss and Executives of the guild can vote new members in. Only four members will be allowed in at a time. The four ranks are based on solely activity, dedication to the guild, overall willingness to see the guild go far. Galahad is the highest ranking member of the Kingsman - This title is automatically held by the leader of the guild, thus our Galahad is SargeLS Lancelot is the second highest ranking member of the Kingsman - This title is held by Gawerty. This title is only appointed by guild leaders. Percival is the third highest ranking member of the Kingsman - this title is held by no one, this title is also appointed by guild leaders. Feirefiz is the fourth and final ranking member of the Kingsman - this title is held by the member who has recruited the most members. Consider the Kingsman as a seperate but elite faction of our guild, while it doesn't align much with the ninth legion, these are members of our guild who have shown the most dedication.

So you want to join The Last Legion Army huh? First things first, you need to have at least three badges in either region, you must have over 10 hours ingame, and you must own at least three level 20 pokemon of different types. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE ONCE WE GATHER MORE MEMBERS) If you meet these requirements, send a forum pm to SargeLS, and Gawerty. One of us will make a decision, you must include a screenshot of the requirements met. A valid reason why you should be allowed to join our team, Your biggest dream for PokeMMO, and YOU MUST BE A SERIOUS APPLICANT. I can't stress how much this matters for this team. If you want to apply to our team, be serious. We won't accept or even consider your application. This of course doesn't mean that we won't have our joking moments in the guild. We just want our guild members to show a positive face in the community. We will kick anyone who doesn't show a good representation of our morals and values.

Welcome back PandyBear. The game has some good content added since you've last played, i'd imagine you will find that out yourself soon enough. I hope you can find some of your old friends, if not, new friends are always around the corner. Also some advice i'd give you, is read some of the more recent development logs, I was gone myself for a while, I caught back up with most of the current additions through them. Cheers~

I really like this patch. I downloaded it a few days ago, and barring the occasional minor bug (Which in all honesty might just be my eyes, I am a extreme nit-picker for these things) I really like it. It definitely makes the game look really cool. So Kudos to you for making this. Any idea when you may get around to hoenn? It'd be nice to see that one day.

I'll give some food for thought for you here. Shinies are the elite of hunting, you find one it give you a bit of a feeling of accomplishment. So, getting one makes you extremely happy, no? With this method, I can see some problems, and I can see some good things coming from it. So for the good things I can see right off the bat. This will improve catchMMO a lot more. We would most likely see some prominent results from this, and it gives people who care to participate in this something to do again. Which I can easily see being an improvement for the game in general. Let's face it, for the ones who end up doing everything they feel they can desire to do in PokeMMO, this could bring them around for a little while longer, and in a way, I can see the second point of your post (Being able to do this method as opposed to payday farming) being incredibly enjoyable. I personally love hunting, so I would most likely spend a good portion of all available amounts of my time doing this. The first method actually makes shiny's more involved in your hunting as well, It'd bring back a bit of excitement for some people as you can be personally doing a ton of work for that one shiny pokemon, and when/if you ever get it, you restart the process, from what I have gathered from reading the thread. Also, it keeps the RNG aspect of PokeMMO around, because while you may be improving your chances, you aren't assuring yourself of getting one, because you still have to hunt. That's the good part of this in my opinion, you hunt, you catch, you spend time doing something. Now, the biggest cons I can see, and I've seen this in several Pokemon Mmorpgs. Over inflation. It's happened before here, but due to users being banned, some of it went away. From what i've heard at least. A lot of games fail in this aspect, because once over inflation occurs, the communitys market eventually gets overcrowded where the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor. Think about it logically, if you're hunting Shiny Zangoose for instance, you get six charms after doing 32 hours of grinding for your 6 charms, and you catch the first one in game. Your Shiny Zangoose immediately becomes worth a lot...until someone does the same thing you did and catches another one, and then someone does the same and catches another one. It would take a while, but eventually the value of your pokemon either drops, or skyrockets, because of demand and supply. With your method, this demand and supply jumps really high and makes supply higher by chance, and when people are finding the same shiny faster than before, over inflation happens faster than if this method didn't exist. With this happening, I can imagine some of the richer players who have earned there money will probably buy one, and increase their net worth of in game money, through what they own. This is typically how a lot of community's economys can fail. Now, I really do like this idea, it makes a lot of sense, and it could potentially work out well, with some tweaks and improvements to the overall idea. There's my food for though for this thread. One last thought I had, before I finish this up is, what would having donator status do too this, I can accept having this method of increasing Shiny Rates for one pokemon at a time, but the rate involved shouldn't get too low for any pokemon at all. I don't see a big use in this. Nearly everyone who has completed the game can get anywhere in the span of 5 minutes with fly, dig and what not. While this usefulness could be taken advantage of in caves, I still think dig counter-acts that usefulness right of the bat. The only pro I can see this having is being able to teleport back to a hunting spot if you where to say run out of pokeballs or faint. Even then still, the trip back to the spot you where hunting couldn't take more than ten minutes if you where trying your hardest to get there. This is a bit of a con in my mind, which I am sure would be completely patched up before hand, but what if someone found an exploit in the command and managed to cause unholy havoc (Not saying this would happen, but you have to account for everything when introducing new features). This is my take, cheers~

It'd be nice to see this functional, but match call does essentially the same thing and I imagine that is coming with the next few updates, whenever they happen.

I've already been around several years, but I never got around much, I just beat the game a few times and then left. I wasn't referring to just now explicitly, I also meant other times or before it was even announced we would be having the PTS. There is most likely some players behind the scenes testing it.

I wouldn't call it impossible that some players have the client already, but I doubt that anyone is going to say anything about it. Can not wait though~
