I found my solution, as odd as it was. Maybe check you're own computer for extra USB connected things? webcams,headsets,controllers, mouse, etc. With my Xbox One controller plugged into the back of my computer the game opens up to a black screen and eventually just stops responding, unplug it and the game opens up perfectly. I can reproduce this 100% of the time. I've done dozens of launches with it just to confirm that was my problem, in and out and it will only work with it out.

So, what if I was to disable my GPU and just tried running the game off the integrated graphics on my processor?

Forgot to include java version in the video, its 1.8.0_77, 64-bit. BUT i would like to point out I have tried reinstalling it, as well as trying 32-bit Ive done multiple fresh installs,computer restarts, java reinstalls, and different ROMS really not sure what I can do. Just in case anyone asks, I renamed the ROM after extracting but I tried opening before renaming, same results. Not sure why the cursor seems so laggy in video Any help appreciated.
