But people like me, and some of my friends , breeding all the time, hatching pokemon, paydaying, and killing pokemon to level the hatched babies and still sitting at 0 OT Shinys doesn't seem amusing.
It properly just means that you not lucky enough <3

I think in PokeMMO players spend more time not encountering wild pokemon becuase they PvP, sit around and talk, participate in tournaments, do trivia/ other random events in channel etc. etc., while in an emulator they are obviously not doing these things becuase there is noone else to do so with.
Agree, properly it is one of the reasons.

my suggestion on this would be :
By implement buttons ''Move To'' and ''Trade" when players in a trading environment.
Starting the trade > D (Menu) > Party > Selecting the Pokemon > Move to > Trade > Done
For items trading. By implement a button "Move To" / "Trade" for each items when a player in a trading environment.
Starting the trade > B (Bag) > Selecting the Item > Move to > Trade > Done
