We are disscussing over 5/6generations but they never confirmed implementing a new generation. Yes, Kyu posted "New Generation" topic but looking at his Dev Blog I feel we are closer to "We rewrite entire pokeMMO client! it's a new generation of pokeMMO, how awesome is that" and bridging PC and Android platforms. Especially while taking in account time they predicted for implementing plans from " Client rewrites and you" part and what Kyu wrote at the end of that post: "I've expressed my disdain for new regions in the past, mostly because they don't offer enough return on the time invested, but they're the natural progression after a significant amount of Legendaries are available.". But who knows, maybe they changed their mind or came with different solution for introducing new generation without implementing the whole region(maybe with dungeons and/or other creative stuff). We can only be sure when update hits Testing Server.

Im more optimistic with the dates tbh. It's true that they annouced Emerald a year before release but i don't think they would be all this mysterious over starting work on something or update that will not happen in "near" future.

Ooh poor naive summer child. They already reveal when they plan to implement stuff they are working on. And i think we will not get anything more till the update(Maybe some sneakpeeks when hype will fade a bit). "Grind" is a no-no word! ppl got red light in head when they hear that word. We've been in situation when getting comp in PokeMMO was easy. It was called CloneMMO and everything that was not 5x31 or 6x31 was worthless. You need to put some effort in getting comp pokemons or else they will be nothing. What would you value more? Pokemon breed here or the same pokemon created on showdown? Pumping more money to the system will do nothing. Well not exactly nothing, it will increase the prices so everything will soon balance out and we will be in the same spot but with less valuable $ I don't know what 3% increase in item drop is supposed to do.

Great. Im a teal unicorn with laser gun instead of horn. Does that matter? Probably as much as your background. Ever heard of Framing or Confirmation Bias(there is few more probably that ppl are using in this topic but i dont know all of them by name)? You know that EVERY multiplayer game have that group? ppl who starts game, play for day, two maybe week and don't play anymore? I really don't get the argument over nostalgia value :D 1) we already leave gen3 meta with items, some moves working like in newer gens and most importantly SPLIT (want punching Alakazam/Gengar? too bad, ele punches no longer special) 2) who said nostalgia applies only to gen3? For me Johto and gen2(Silver) is the true pokemon game and there are ppl who thinks gen4 is the best. You should not belive that if something is applied to you then it must apply to everyone. Im not a gen4 fan because I didn't even play it. And this is true that there are some ugly/wtf/lame pokes like rhyperior, but quess what, every gen have ugly/wtf/lame pokes (Jynx,Ledian,Blaziken,Rhyperior,Reshiram,Barbaracle,Turtonator) but i know that there are ppl who like those pokes and life is made of little concessions. And if you realy think gen4 is just to let some bidoofs run around and upset "nostalgia" players then look at moves introduced in gen4 LINK (not mentioning split and items introduced in gen4 which we already have!). Gen4 was time when they start making pokemon games with thought about comp play. At the end i would like to mark that i don't belive they will introduce new region. Im just arguing for the sake of a discussion.

I think starting evolution after button press would solve this problem. So when pokemon wants to evolve a text appear "What? XXX is evolving!" and it waits for your input to continue

With my eyes of imagination i can see 2 scenarios: 1) Kyu will wait with update till 01.04 and said "lol jk" 2) The day of an update has come. Unaware ppl are login into the game. Suddenly! A window informing about necessity of downloading additional content! "OOHH SHIIIIT UPDATE IS HERE". After downloading files, the background changed to bridge in fog (same as on image posted by Kyu on a forum). "IT'S HAPPENING!". You select character and enter... At the begining you see good old pokecenter when suddenly an update window appears! So let's pray it's something less anticlimactic because with half of community beliving it will be a whole region, everything they deliver will be anticlimax xd

This is forum suggestion and proposed button will take you to the next message send by Admin in the topic. Since topics on important/popular topics are often overblown with pages, it's hard to find relevant informations. This is not something common on forum but i seen it on one and it was very convenient. PROS+ -Users can go dirrectly to Admin replies without going through all pages CONS- -It will bring user to the Admin's funny comment most of the time (still better than scrolling through 10pages to find it) Any opinions/suggestions on it?

Sure, just that post \/ does not look like "asking about option" Im not against that specific idea. If there will be a group of players that enjoy only gen3, they will probably give an option like that. I just dont like when ppl behave like spoiled brat and whine/demand. Maybe you were not doing it but it looked like it in my perspective.

I will never get ppl like you, they whine and then they "demand" something, I think "spoiled" is the word im looking for to describe ppl who think are in position to demand something :| Suggestion, discusson are the tools ppl use to make a difference. More constructive comments and less crying
