You can put all of them in one folder. Firered and Emerald, sure. Not sure by HG and SS, but i guess would work.

You need two Roms in the "roms" folder. 1. Firered USA 1.0 2. Emerald USA 1.0 Its required to play the full game.

Yes, you can put the spain Roms into their. All datas, except Themes and Clientside things, is serverside. It doesnt have an affect, when you put the spain Roms into your Directory. (sorry, German Guy tried to help :/ ) -
