As much as I like this idea, I was always one of those people who bought 99 lemonades at Celedon/Goldenrod/Lilycove Department store. You could only ever get one at a time, no matter how many people wanted to buy in bulk. Frankly, I was surprised they changed game center coins. They seemed like one of those things the designers would want you to grind for on your own. Maybe because it would be a gamebreaking change for people with too much money. Or maybe it was a slippery slope before people wanted exp.doublers or encounter rate adjusters. Whatever it was, Gamefreak always wanted to keep these things slow. Too bad it makes the game experience frustrating.
If they do put such an option, though, because it's unofficial, it should trigger after you get all the items found in the Safari Zone, or maybe one of each of the local Pokemon (note: this can be done with the Pokedex. You could get some of the Pokemon in other ways). Don't want you all getting the teeth and secret house on the first run and everything else on the second.
