  1. First, dead forum and need to join the Discord lol. Second, they can easily create tiles and turn X and Y into a backport rom. Not sure if there is a backmod already made and if so they could make a deal with the dev to distribute after several checks are done. Same with the other gens and honestly I'd like that better than the new gen graphics. Would also stray away from Nintendo more that route.
  2. I know right!?! Best way to start the pokemon series.
  3. Yeah sorry it was so long but thank you so much for the warm welcome! Edit and omg I actually used to photoshop your signature the pet girl back a couple years ago!
  4. Just caught my favorite pokemon Gastly! ~PokeFact, the first pokemon ever made was Gengar and almost made Masuda completely drop the game idea~

  5. Hey guys love the MMO and hope to be apart of both the game and the forums! So heres some info on me: My first Pokemon game was Pokemon Yellow for GB (and yes I mean the brick that ran on 4 AA batteries) when I was about 7 or 8. I didn't know much about pokemon except that the back of the cartridge had a picture of a cute creature... After that Nintendo load screen it was like I said goodbye to life and hello to the world of pokemon. I loved having Pikachu follow me around and be so happy that I bought like every game ever of pikachu, the shake Pikachu gadget, the Hey you Pikachu game that at the time costed about 120 bucks it was bad! Later on my life was pretty messed up and I won't go in to much details but basically I lived like Harry Potter in the first book so I didn't get to go out much so I somehow came across the newer game pokemon gold and was so excited to see a lot of old faces as well as some new ones, I started to draw them and had a lot of fun learning to draw both Snorlex, Pikachu, and Jigglypuff. I even got a copy of Pokemon Snap while Blockbuster still did those promos where you could print out the photos onto stickers! I was basically a poke-freak! But then I grew up, followed them from time to time, and eventually joined the Air Force where I grew up even more, I found my amazing wife, and then kind of went on with my life... But then I played the 3DS and saw Pokemon X/Y and that the pokemon were 3d! I was so excited and after 14-15 years I felt like I was rediscovering pokemon but something felt different, like something was missing. I loved the new graphics and battle but it still felt kind of empty. I also that following year bought pokemon Omega and man did it feel so cold and distant from the old games, I know it was a reboot and with a cooler system but only at the end of the game... Something about trying to catch 700+ pokemon didn't feel right like yeah it was awesome if your going for a theme of pokemon but you didn't get to know the pokemon. You just catch and learn later. Maybe its just me and the big gap I had between pokemon but for me it feels like the newer games try to hard to make you forget about all the world and more on your own pokemon... I mean look at the battle gym mini game you do to raise stats then you have the "feed your pokemon" and then you think 'dang do I need to do this for all my pokemon I kind of feel bad I'm just sort of catching these guys for a dex no one really uses in todays world do to the internet and several apps... It feels so distant. But I'm not here to talk forever on how they can fix it or anything I'm here to talk about me so you get to know me. Yesterday (2/1/2015) was my 25th birthday 1/4 the way done with life and my wife bought me Final Fantasy Realms Reborn for me as a gift for PS3. I'm sure a few of you know the headache and hell you go through just trying to set it up so do to the game being a server side problem I've had to wait to play. So I looked up new mmos to pass the time and came across this, now I've been playing pokeMMO for a little more then 8 hours but I LOVE IT! I've even added it to my steam so people know not to bother me about Dota 2, Rust, StarMade, or Terraria! I'm 25 and I'm still playing pokemon and my wife is ok with that. I am possibly the American poke-nerd dream come true. P.S. Sorry for the long freakin intro...
