@DoomsdayFTW @laGashetaHardcore Hardcore's Bellsprout is good, but I can't say I personally agree with the brown twintails. Weepinbell science: Doom's designs are more like the Pokemon, but the arms and legs need more polishing. @CrookedWings427 Are you trying to use img tags for posting images or just using the Insert other media button? @BlooKirby That's not really true. Younger girls typically will have longer hair, while "older" girls will keep their hair shorter.

Horsea looks good: Edit: I think Hardcore has a point about the current Illumise being good, but maybe it could be improved upon a little bit. Meanwhile, I'm trying to make Volbeat look less trap-ish. Also, currently reworking Illumise's color palette to make her hair purple/shiny yellow. Edit 2:

@CrookedWings427 I made some minor edits and adjustments to the palette. Biggest problem I can see is her left leg looks rather small compared to her right. @toottoot Nice so far. I think the skirt should be frilly like on the shoulders, since Blissey has those tufts on its design. What do you think about making her a bit chubbier? I mean, Blissey is kinda shaped like an egg herself. Edit: There was room for 1 more color in the palette, so I figured a darker pink would be good to add. For the fun of it:

@Moetal Oops. Alternate inner umbrella colors: @DoomsdayFTW They all look good so far. I really like the design for Weepinbell. @CrookedWings427 Looking much better. The shape of Celebi's face looks a bit wonky but otherwise she just needs a bit more polishing from what I can tell. @Arisa I like the little bit of red you added to Poochyena's outfit, but I think the old pose looked better. Also, the design of Hardcore's Poochyena's boots actually look better than the shoes imo. So maybe science them all together? One more thing, what do we think of giving her black gloves as well?

@CrookedWings427 Celebi is a small Pokemon, so I was thinking something more like a loli would make sense for it. Something like this: Edit: If we're going with accurate shiny colors, Golduck is sky blue.

@Arisa Ah ok. In that case, there is a plugin that counts colors. Not sure what else to recommend. I usually just do things manually with the color picker and paint bucket tools.

@laGashetaHardcore @Arisa Wait, you're using MS Paint? Ew... I use Paint.Net. It's similar enough to MS Paint, and easy to use, but has way more features and a ton of plugins you can add on.

@CrookedWings427 I'm a dummy, I thought the left end of the fan was her fingers and she had an abnormally long hand. The edited sprite makes it clearer to me, but I think her arm might be too skinny now?

Attempting some science: I liked the big spiky hair on Articuno, but the new face is nicer. Also, if we use too much of the lighter shades of blue, she'll look shiny when she isn't.

@Moetal Hmmm... Edit: Should I make finished sets for Magi's Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, and Azumarill? Surskit and Poochyama?

@McMagister Beautifly is beautiful, but her head looks too big for the rest of her body. @Moetal I still think Smeargle should have the brown glasses, but here's both with and without. Take your pick: Igglybuff with Magi's edits: @CrookedWings427 Kingdra's arms still look disproportionate. @laGashetaHardcore @toottoot Magical girl bird trio sounds good to me. Moltres's legs look weird in Hardcore's latest post. I'll wait until toottoot finishes science on Articuno before I comment on her.

@CrookedWings427 Kingdra has a yellow underbelly. If you want to use silver, I'd say just use it for the shoes and/or the ends of the gloves. The middle area with her chest and stomach, as well as the bottom of the dress, should stay yellow. Also, I just noticed her right arm (our left) doesn't look properly proportioned. From the elbow to the hand looks longer than the upper arm. I think part of the problem is her hand also looks longer than it should. @Unown This is what has been worked on for Articuno: If you want to keep going with yours, try to make her proportions similar to this one. Or you can try your hand at editing this one.

@CrookedWings427 I think it is less distracting. Part of the reason why the fan was so distracting was because it was bright yellow which made it stand out more compared to the rest of the sprite. @ZiggyZag I think a knight makes less sense than the schoolgirl theme (which, admittedly, doesn't make that much sense either for Magnemite/Magneton.) It's kind of a neat looking sprite, though.

@CrookedWings427 I'm not a fan of having the fan being open. It's too big and kinda distracts from the moemon. I mean, it does look more like a fan now than when it was closed, so maybe if more of it was behind her instead, I think that'd look ok. I dunno. Edit: Just noticed your edit; the face looks better.

@RacheLucario I figured imgur had some kinda limit like that. I edited my submission post with the image now hosted on postimage.

@WolfgangDamien I just tried imgur.com, that's the one that changed my png into a jpg. Oh well. I guess it's not a big deal. I redid the shading, it was bugging me before. How does it look now?

Anybody have a recommendation of where to upload a large png image that won't turn it into a crappy jpg file? My mega lopunny looks a decent bit better in the original png I saved it as than the jpg that you see in my submission post.

@razar51 IMO, the back sprite ponytail doesn't look much like hair. If you want to work on that to make it match the style that the front sprite has, I'd say do that. I can fix the color palette if you want me to, or you can do it. I don't mind either way.

Am I the only one that thinks the eyes on the bottom middle Ivysaur looks better? Anyways, I vote for some kinda science between Hardcore's and CW's. @razar51 Not bad, but I think 'gatr needed more work done on her yet (namely, her ponytail). Also, you have a few extra colors on there, and even more with the shiny version. @CrookedWings427 What's the thing Kingdra has, and how does her other leg go? I like her design so far, just don't know what to think about that.
