@pokemingot bro use YAPE(yet another pokemon editor) it will allow you to change the base ratio of the sex of every pokemon in the game (leave ralts on 87% or you will never be able to past willy, wallo, walle? i dont care how the kid name is) but is necesary for the first pokemon catch tutorial

XD, but who knows maybe some day there will be Edit!: seems like im having a little bit of problems adding magikarp-tan Q.Q i cant seem to add the ending.bmp the colors are getting messed up every time, even if i import image+palete.... i just wanted a cute magikarp Q.Q
