  1. This game is not cancelled! It's just going to take a while to complete as neither Warox or I have a lot of time lately.

  4. Yeah, your game is a .gba file, youre applying an ips to the gba file.
  5. I disagree with that last post. Things like that need to be moderated still and kept within the style. There are easter eggsin the official releases as well but they arent out of the style at all.
  6. So we're kind of delaying a lot of progress on this but with damn good reason. We're updating each tile which was 16x16 doubled into 32x32 to work with RPG Maker XP into regular 32x32 per tile. Example: [img]http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/113/7/7/devart_trainstation_by_innermobius-d62qsui.png[/img] The Pokemon BW Style trainstation in the bottom middle was doubled in size when put into our game before, as was EVERYTHING graphically. But the new bigger one is what's in the game now.   7. Not even close yet haha. We're still working on scripts and such, there won't be a demo until our scripts are working and we're at the third town(which will have a gym), which is after a forest that isn't even mapped yet. We're getting there though, it's just going to take a little time.
  8. It doesn't change the color anymore, there's been updates. I This patch was originally released when the only character choices we had were different colored versions of Red and Leaf, so that's why it would change. You no longer have that option. This DOES change the backsprite in-battle of your character to a DS styled Red instead of Fire Red style, and it changes the trainers you battle against into DS style ones.

  10. Sadly, I don't think it's possible for it to actually work, unless someone who knows how to work magic with code thinks it's worth their time

You may want to read it again lol... and this was specifically for PokeMMO, so if you're using it for something else naturally there will be differences.

There are other scripts out there though, namely a mysql one being made by someone on PokeCommunity.

[/quote] There are codes and such for the RPG Maker XP Essentials kit we're using. We may need to run a server that everyone's game connects to for it to work, or maybe not. We're not that far yet into this. Another way people have done this with Pokemon games in the past is something similar to how you gift items in Gamecube's Animal Crossing, codes. There's a game called Pokemon Raptor that did this and people are fine with it, though we'd rather have online capabilities.
  17. That and in-general it adds to the whole replay-experience of this. With the trading/battling it most likely won't be like PokeMMO, more like how a normal Pokemon game works, but it'll still be pretty damn cool.
