Hi! I'm shadesofchaos, but feel free to call me Shae.  I'm 23 (24 in like two weeks, zomg I feel old) and live somewhere near-ish to Chicago.  You can usually find me in the creative corner (it's my cozy little safe area) but occasionally I'll bravely venture into the off-topic or introductions area.  I do have a showcase / shop in the creative corner which can be found here.  I love comments and am taking some requests...*subtly drops hint and nudges you over there* <3

 
✤ MORE ABOUT ME ✤

• Overall I would say I'm pretty laid back - I'm more likely to find something amusing (or at worst just shake my head sadly) than get offended.  I enjoy bantering but often fail at life and end up embarrassing myself.
   
• At my very core, I am awkward.  Do not underestimate my propensity for making a perfectly normal situation awkward in some way, shape or form - you have been warned.  If you choose to engage in more than brief conversation with me then I can promise with almost absolute certainty that this will happen, and for that I extend in advance my most sincere apologies.  
   
• I pride myself (sometimes to a fault) on my ability to write coherently and intelligently when I so choose, and I appreciate it when others do the same.  However, I know this is the internet...I don't care if you post "LOLZ omg srsly" or intentionally misspell words to be kyoot as long as you don't go TRIYING 2 ARGU W/ SOME1 LYK THIS AND R DROPPING FKING SWEARZ E'RY OTHER FKING WORD. YOU FKING LOOK LYK A FKING IDIOT.
   
• I don't always write like I'm trying to type some super fancy English paper, I swearz (SEE?!), but that last bit physically pained me to type...
   
• Assuming I haven't entirely scared you off yet...other than graphic design, I have a passion for animals - specifically shelter dogs.  In my free time I'm highly involved in volunteering for my local animal shelter, and if it happens to come up in conversation be prepared for me to not shut up about my shelter babies :x I promise I won't be offended if you change the conversation. Quickly.
