i have some good ideas for pokemmo:

1º legendary pokemon: all of us want legendaries, but there is only 2 and they cannot be use on game. My idea, since the mewtwo/rayquaza events are not popular anymore, take them out and make legendary pokemon encounter in all pokemmo map, just like the legendary dogs encounter. The rate of the legendary must be similar to a rare pokemon encounter, and like the original idea, they will try to flee as much as they can. The legendary pokemon cannot be trade, and for the stats, it can have 20 ivs in everything to make it worth, with a neutral nature. Once you see a wild legendary, the pokedex register them, and here comes my another idea.

2º Pokeradar: this can be a really usefull for cathching pokemon, specially rare ones. The pokedex can tell you the place in the map where the pokemon is (including legendaries) but not the exact place where you can find one. Like the original, it helps you to find those pokemons. It needs 200 steps to charge, and you can introduce the name of the pokemon for a more accuarate search.

3º Hypertraining: the new type of training that comes in Alola, that can help you to rise ivs. I think it can work if we keep the idea of two types of consumable items: Golden badge (3x31ivs) and Silver badge(1x31iv). It can be an item that can only be gain in the pokemon contest, since there is no to much insentive to play contest. The pokemon that will use the badge must be in lv 100 plus 100 evs in the stat(s) that will be train. After use it, the pokemon will decrease 3 lvs for each iv with silver, and 1 lvs with golden for each ivs, plus it will lose all evs. So it will be a limitated quantity of ivs that it can rise at time. the pokemon will remain evolved if it is an evolved form.

4º Egg moves tutor: the must rare tutor of all, it can make a pokemon learn 1 egg move for a price. This is a rare jewlery collector, and you must give it 5 nugget or 10 big pearls.

Well and thats my idea, i hope one day it will reach to the creator of the game :)
