Ok, im sorry if already exists a post explaining eveything but man im SO... SOOOO confused... A lot o people tell me that ivs cant change, then my pokemons keep changing ivs a LOT... then i try to add protein to them, (EV boost) then cuz of that the IV changed for better and another ones changed for worse... ok i really need some1 to explain me this man i im searching for this such a long time right now

ok just one more question kkkkkk i can use it more then 10x in one pokemon? my friend told me that it can be only used 10 times o.O but he is not sure
