  1. Tried to make Parasect's body look slighty bigger: Probably the biggest it can get without changing the pose completely. Sad/worried or happy? EDIT: Since Kingler is water-type, I guess a swimsuit would be fitting. Having problems with the face at the moment.
  2. @Moetal I didn't notice how long the arm looks until it was pointed it out, wow. I hope I got it all right.
  3. It would be needed to change the whole concept to make Parasect a Paras, but that one can work as a shiny I guess. Besides I think my Parasect is too big for being a Paras. I'm leaning more to skirt, looks more fitting IMO.
  4. Late answer is late. @moetal I can't avoid feeling embarrassed by looking looking at my first magneton attempt. Ah well, everyone starts with something and I'm truly happy with the final result. @kickern The shiny versions look pretty nice, but I believe that Magnemite is an old version. Now if people likes that version more, there's one with improved shading (front sprite). Just giving some ideas for those working on Parasect and Kingler.
  5. Welp... Small edit on Magneton, switched stockings colors to keep the red-blue-red-blue pattern.
  6. @Moetal It looks nice but now I don't feel it much as a Magneton. Probably because now the amount of black makes it look like it was the main color. @Kickern @RacheLucario I agree about the leg, even if it's probably perspective. EDIT: Perhaps...?
  7. Well, After some breaks I finally decided to give another try to Magnemite/Magneton. Made the eyes smaller after finding out bigger eyes doesn't necessarily means more moe. Pale or not so pale? Personally I feel like pale is more fitting for Magneton.
  8. @Moetal That hair style definitely looks better on Magneton. About skin tone, at first I gave her pale skin because I thought it would be more fitting for a Magneton.
  9. @daikosa I think Moetal means previous hairstyle (Longer hair) or I hope so because the coloring edit you did was amazing and far better than the previous one.
  10. @daikosa Wow, I have no words except... Thank you for improving the shading marvelously, specially hair shading (no matter how much I tried, I simply couldn't make it look good), I loved the details on the shoes. Honestly I'm more fond to longer hair but I can't complain to such amazing improvements you did in the design, maybe it's me but adding red/blue blush makes it look less like... well, blush, but I admit it's an interesting touch. I will let the others judge that. Lastly, I modified a minor detail: You used a 17th color for the "magnemites" shading. Palettes can't have more than 16 colors, counting background, black and white.
  11. Here's Magnemite. I'm between those 2: Personally, I think second one is more fitting for a magnet girl but I want to hear opinions still. Backsprite:
  12. Since I was focused on Magneton, I forgot to work on Magnemite. I will make backsprite once the final desgin is decided. Any suggestion?
  13. @Moetal Edited backsprite pose to look more like frontsprite. Personally, when it comes to backsprite, I like more the first pose, so the reason it was different to front is mostly because appealing looks.
  14. @Moetal Hmm, I didn't know both sprite and backsprite had to use the same pose, because other sprites I have seen look like they have really different poses for sprite and backsprite. Going to fix it all.
  15. Made Magneton backsprite. I admit I got a bit confused with some of Moetal's edits so if anything looks wrong, tell me and I will try to fix it.
  16. @Moetal I'm ok with using the first designs' eye color. I admit I had some problems with that for the same reason but was unsure if I should have changed back to just grey or keep going with heterochromia. Changed to grey now.
  17. Made some small changes to both designs. Personally, I like the second pose more so I would like to work with that one, but I think it's better to hear opinions first and suggestions before deciding which pose should I stick to.
  18. @Magister Thanks for the suggestion, I was trying something different with those designs but it looks like in the end that makes it look more like a robotic suit than a magnet girl. I admit trying to not go too robotic but also not too away from magneton (like the one that looks like a radio girl) is quite more difficult than I thought. @Moetal Made 2 different poses and also worked on different designs too.
  19. @Moetal At some points I considered changing the dull green but was unsure about it. When I changed first option's head, it ended up looking exactly like third so I'm keeping 2 options now (Also had to change palette position for one of the options because it was in the way).
  20. Tried different face shapes, eye types and mouth positions. Also made skin shade darker because I felt like it was to bright compared to outlines.
  21. @Moetal The reason I had Magnemite's body that small is because it's still an unevolved Pokemon, but either way I made it bigger now. With Magneton's eyes I was trying some perspective but looks like it didn't come out well. Changed.
  22. @Moetal Thanks for the suggestions. Adding the palette truly helped me being more aware of the colors I'm using. From what I understand, a palette can have only 16 colors (counting background, black and white) so I had to remove a few tones.
  23. Greetings! I was introduced to Moemon by a friend some time ago and got quickly interested in it. After playing I got motivated to make my own version of one of my main pokemon, Magnemite line, and decided to show it here. What do you think? Is it moe enough? :D
