Goldeneyes - I'm not whining. I'm simply asking why this happened like it did. Likewise, I do not appreciate the hateful comment of me being a "whiner". I was respectful and professional during my entire application process and need an explanation.

I apologize for posting this in a public forum, but I have no other option to contact any of the admins. On July 24th, I sent Noad (the senior GM) a message regarding my Community Manager application. I outlined my skills as well as past experience. Noad promptly replied asking for my old character names in 2014, and I replied. Apparently they have been deleted / purged so there was no record of them (According to Noad). Instead of simply waiting for another response that could take several days, and to also make it easier on the admins, I decided to go onto TS3 and ask if I could speak to a GM about my application. Despite waiting for a total of 4 hours for two days in a row, no GMs, nor Noad contacted me although I made it perfectly clear that I was interested in discussing things with them. After waiting for hours in the 'support channel' (the only channel you have a chance of contacting an admin) I was told that "Noad was unable to speak with me currently". No problem, I said, I will simply message an admin in-game tomorrow so that i can discuss things with them and hopefully get my application moving. I messaged Noad the next day, in-game, and was told that I would be interviewed when time allowed. I was happy to hear this, and asked when I should schedule / get ready for my interview, but with no response. I figured Noad was busy and one of the admins would interview me later that day, so I once again waited in TS3 for some form of contact regarding my application from anyone. It never happened. Once again, chalking it up to the admins being busy (which I understand), I waited a few days from any form of contact from a GM. No mail, no PMs, no contact on TS3, absolutely nothing despite my several attempts to connect with someone. On July 28th I sent a message to Noad asking how my application process was coming along since I hadn't heard anything from the admin team despite my constant attempts to connect with them. Here is the message : After almost 2 weeks and hours spent applying and trying to get things moving, this is the response I got. I asked for a reason as to why I was currently not needed, or if my application was not up to par, but Noad did not respond. I am frustrated with the admin team because this sends the message that despite my passion for the game and for helping others, I am not cared about as a player or a potential Community Manager. Once again, I apologize for airing this publicly, but I feel I deserve an explanation at the very least as to why I was given this sort of treatment. - Finn.

But.... I am not giving up! I'm determined to become a Community Manager some day. I will show my dedication to the community and help out as much I can. Wish me luck!

Nuzlocke Scrambler Run – Red -You can only catch the first Pokémon you see in each route, even if it is a duplicate, and if you fail then you cannot catch one there. Ever. -Exceptions to previous rule: • You must catch a Pikachu and nickname it Sparky before Pewter City (in Viridian Forest) and have it in your party at all time. Said Pikachu must survive the Elite Four as a Pikachu, being used at least once in each Elite Four battle, taking out a member’s Pokémon each time. If the Pikachu dies at any time before beating the Elite Four, you lose. • You must catch an Oddish or Bellsprout as soon as possible. This is the only Pokémon that may know the HM Cut. However, if it dies, another Pokémon may learn the HM Cut, but only if it is a Grass type. • You must catch a Magikarp as soon as possible, and evolve into a Gyarados. Said Gyarados must be used against Lt. Surge's Raichu. Survival doesn't matter, but if the Gyrados dies at any time before battling Lt. Surge’s Raichu, you lose. • When you reach Celadon City, get the Eevee. It must be evolved into Flareon before progressing the story. You can train the Eevee a bit to get certain Eevee only attacks before evolving it. • You must choose Hitmonchan from the Fighting Dojo and use it against Sabrina. Survival doesn’t matter. • You must catch a Growlithe in the Pokémon Mansion and nickname it Revan. • You must flip a coin for the fossils. Heads for Omanyte and Tails for Kabuto. Then Heads for the winner and Tails for Aerodactyl. - You must start out with Charmander nicknamed Chuckizard. Said Charmander must be the strongest Pokémon at all times, even if it is dead. You must also teach it Mega Kick via TM05 as soon as you reach Celadon City. - If two Abras are caught before beating Saffron Gym, one must be traded for the Mr. Mime. Said Mr. Mime must then beat both Sabrina’s Mr. Mime and Kadabra. -If you catch a Caterpie, Metapod, Weedle, or Kakuna, it must be evolved to a Butterfree or Beedrill before continuing. -All boxed Pokémon cannot be used unless your party falls below six, it is needed due to a previous rule, or an HM Slave is needed. And then, they must be used in the order they were caught. -A Pokémon can only be taught a maximum of one HM. -You cannot use the HM Flash or the HM Fly. -If one of your Pokémon faints, it's considered dead. Gone. You must release it or dump it in a box. -No legendaries. -The following moves may not be used in battle: Flamethrower, Surf, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Earthquake, Fly, and Psychic. -All TMs must be instantly used. If no party member can learn it, it must be discarded. -No Evolutionary Stones may be used, unless required by a previous rule. -Nickname all your Pokémon. -No trading unless stated in a previous rule. -One Pokémon must die in each battle in the Elite Four. -Challenge is beaten when you have defeated the Elite Four and Mewtwo, while abiding by all the rules.

I say yes! PokeMMO is tonnes of fun, especially with friends. ^.^
