I'm getting different stories. One saying that when this game is fully released everyone's pokemon will reset. Another saying that won't happen. What's the true story here? Also there's a public beta test coming up? What's the difference of that and playing the normal server?

If it's raining does that have any changes then when not raining? Like different pokemon?
