What items should i use? And i am thinking about breeding Jolteon. Grass or Ice hidden power? Can i get adivece for Heracross. Moveset, nature, EV?

Can't it be mix of those three? How about Arcanine, Gyarados, Gardevoir, Heracross, Jolteon and Aerodactyl?

I read guides about team building but still can't decide what to do. I know this is a silly question but what is the best team i can build with these pokemons? Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, Raichu, Ninetales, Vileplume, Golduck, Primeape, Arcanine, Poliwrath, Alakazam, Machamp, Victreebel, Golem, Rapidash, Slowbro, Dodrio, Muk, Cloyster, Kingler, Weezing, Kangaskhan, Gyarados, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Aerodactyl, Crobat, Ampharos, Bellossom, Politoed, Quagsire, Espeon, Umbreon, Steelix, Granbull, Scizor, Heracross, Ursaring, Skarmory, Kingdra, Donphan, Miltank, Ludicolo, Gardevoir, Breloom, Hariyama, Aggron, Grumpig, Flygon, Altaria, Armaldo, Walrein. I can use other pokemons too if it is necessary.

So i can change moves, EVs if it is necessary. What i want to know is what should be my sixth pokemon? And based on that pokemon what changes should i make?
