    We are happy to let you know our team- Kult.



    Kult is a team made by three working together parts:


    1. Competive Part:

    We have some players who are playing comp. Also you may find one of ours tournaments on official forum.
    The plan is simple- someday, somehow to be here: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/34693-kingbowser’s-team-ranking-of-all-time/, and as a Leader of this team, I hope we will deserve to be in memory of other teams and players.

     
     
    2. Helpful Part:
     
    Our designed for this players are a lot of help for Polish mostly, but not only players in game and on forums.
    Our help includes a team forum, where players from Poland can find a home-made tutorials in national language.
    (Polish players- Keep in mind that I will not post link here, but I should send it via PM if someone wish to)

     

     

    I can only respect Lysandra- Our good ghost always trying to help everyone.

    I hope this will stop making threads on pokemmo.eu in national language of Poland.

    (what can I say, my grandmother was from Canada xD)

    3. Players which accept Bears as they God and saviors:
     
    We accept that a lot of people want to only have fun traveling with favourite pokemon through Kanto, so we have some people who aren't competive at all. They try to help us, and we have fun together.
     
     
    4. Multimedia Part:

    Personally I'm Twitching almost all our tournaments (sad to say,only in polish,sorry). We're making video tutorials, even own radio station.
    Channels on raidcall/ts, some people may saw Greck twitching too. I can say we make a hell big work.
     
     
     
    5. A word from leader
     
    I'm really proud of all work we have done through last months. Our competive scene is growing up, and others ones too.  We are only one community (At least I don't know of any other nathional community) who really try to do something for players.

    Our famous events are "Tour the Kanto" , "Daily Tournament" and "Every weekends Bears".
    I'm sure some of you saw a Grecks tournaments or mine in forum
     
     
    Recruts:
    So, If you want to be competive: Join us!
    If yours dream was to help other people- there's a lot of things you can do!
    If you just want to have fun with nice persons- Join us quickly!
     
     
    If you're from other country and you have own team- We're looking for teams to battle each other or having fun together. Don't be shy ;)
     
     
     
    Also, I'm proud that Kult become a well know team. It's a honor to be a leader of this Team.

    Jesteśmy szczęśliwi mogąc przedstawić wam naszą drużynę- Kult.




    Kult składa się z trzech pracujących w jednej drużynie części:

     

     

    1. Kompetywna Część

     

    Mamy wielu graczy, którzy udzielają się na komp. scenie.Dodatkowo znaleźć możesz wiele naszych turniejów na oficjalnym forum.
    Plan jest prosty- Któregoś dnia jakoś znaleźć się tu: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/34693-kingbowser%E2%80%99s-team-ranking-of-all-time/ I jako Lider drużyny, mam nadzieję, że zasłużymy na miejsce w pamięci graczy i drużyn.
     

     

    2. Pomocna Część

    Nasi wydzieleni do tego gracze pomagają głównie polskim graczom, lecz także innym w grze i na forum.
    Nasza pomoc zawiera także forum drużyny, gdzie gracze z Polski mogą znaleźć stworzone przez nas poradniki.
    (Gracze- Nie podzielę się tutaj linkiem, ze względu, że jest to tu nielegalne. Ale wyślę linki przez PW)

    Wśród naszych graczy wyróżnić można Lysandrę- Naszego dobrego duszka próbującego zawsze pomóc wszystkim.



    3. Gracze akceptują misie, jaki ich bogów i zbawicieli

     

    Akceptujemy, że dużo ludzi chce po prostu biegać z ulubionym pokemonem przez Kanto, więc przyjmujemy także ludzi, którzy nie walczą w ogóle. Mogą oni pomóc nam na różne sposoby i po prostu dobrze się bawić.


    4. Część Multimedii:

     

    Osobiście Twitchuje (nagrywam) ważniejsze turnieje w których bierzemy udział. Tworzymy wideo-poradniki, zakładamy własną stację radiową.
    Mamy kanał na raidcallu oraz tsie, wielu z was mogło widzieć mnie lub Grecka twitchujących walki.
    Mogę powiedzieć, że wykonujemy kawał dobrej roboty.


    5. Słówko od lidera

     

    Jestem dumny z całej pracy, którą wykonaliśmy przez ostanie miesiące. Nasza kompetywna scena rozrosła się podobnie jak inne. Jesteśmy jedynym znanym mi community i drużyną, która tworzy własne drużynowe turnieje i stara się zrobić coś dla graczy.

     

    Nasze pamiętne turnieje to "Tour the Kanto", "Daily Tournament" oraz "Misie Kultu"

    Chcecie grać kompetywnie : Dołączcie do nas!
    Waszym marzeniem było pomagać innym- Możecie pomóc w wielu rzeczach!
    Chcecie po prostu spędzić dobrze czas- dołączcie szybko!

     

    Jeśli jesteście z innej drużyny- zawsze możemy nawiązać współpracę.
     

     

     

    I na zakończenie, jestem dumny z tego, że Kult stał się rozpoznawalną drużyną. To honor być jej liderem.

    Moderation Tools for Team Leaders / Officers

    I was just think- sometimes in teams are young people, and older ones. Older don't watch with words near to young players, so I think mute option is just fantastic.

    Also , anyone have a bad day sometimes. So if only punishment is kick from team, everything comes to black and white solutions.
    Mute option will be gray :3

    Ok, I look in Suggestion thread an open all threads seems to "team suggestions".

    People usually want to see when users log last time, changing colors of users name, new rangs etc, and it's awesome ideas but..
    I think we should have more control with ours teams.


    How I imagine that?

    Sometimes players go nervous, and forgot to be nice to each others.
    I think we should have warning system, include adding "warning" to player.
    Or, if it's not so useable for people , option to mute player in our team (just like CMs can mute people in global) will be pretty nice too.
    For example- 10 minutes ban on talking in team chat.

    And now I'm listen to you guys, what are you thinking?
