Do you still have your Blastoise? If not, you'll struggle.
Paydaying won't get you much of anything just use a better poke to beat them. Also if you have a level 69 why not use it? How is it useless.
So what you overleveled it just train the othersYes, I still have my Blastoise. It's useless because it only has water type moves which are effective against nothing in the elite 4 except for Bruno's Onixes, but Lapras can already take care of them with surf (which I just taught it.)

Hi, So I was hoping to get some advice on how to go about forming my team for the Kanto Elite 4. So far I've got
Jolteon (Lv. 25)
Alakazam (Lv. 58)
Lapras (Lv. 26)
Vulpix (Lv. 22, Which I'll be evolving into ninetails and teach fire blast to)
Persian (Lv. 34, I'd like to use pay day some)
What other pokemon should I use? Also where do I train them?
The reason they are so low level is because I overly-trained my starter blastoise (lv. 69) who is seemingly useless. -
The title pretty much says it. I've got a lv 61 Blastoise, Lvl 35 dugtrio, Lv 5 Pikachu, Lv 6 pidgey, Lv 11 paras, lv 30 snorlax. Any help?

What is it you would like see customized/made?
I'd love to see an easy way to add normal/custom pokemon and their moves from other generations into the game!
How would you like to see it customized/made?
I'd like something simple and easy to understand. Where you can upload your own sprites from the internet or computer, select what routes you want them to appear on, custom stats, etc. etc. Also having the data from pokemon in other generations pre-loaded and selectable from a drop down menu would be nice! A simple format where everything fit onto one screen with no extra tabs would be great.
I saw something similar to this here but it's way to complex.

Steps
1. Determine what EVs to train for what pokemon.
You should focus on your most powerful pokemon for EV training first. It's best to EV train it's 2 or 3 most powerful stats. Each EV can be trained to 252, all the EVs can be trained to no more than 510 total. The most common ways to train evs are 252/252/6 or 202/202/106.
2. Put the pokemon you want to train as the first in your party and hand it the macho brace.
The macho brace will double the amount of EVs gained and the first pokemon in the party will always gain the majority of EVs.
3. Make sure you have a high level pokemon with a move that hits all foes in battle. As well as one pokemon with sweet scent.
Sweet scent will attract hordes and a high level pokemon with a move that hits all the foes will wipe them out. Bringing along max ethers is a good idea since it will let you refill the PP of sweet scent, it runs out pretty fast.
4. Use the location list to determine what pokemon to battle where.
Pretty self explanatory, note the pokemon in bold train multiple EVs. Using F3 on google chrome will let you search the page for the pokemons name and will highlight it for you so that will help if you want to try training multiple EVs at once.
5. Train.
Good luck! When battling, if the pokemon you are EV training doesn't have a move that can damage all foes at once, just switch out to which ever one does.
